Halloween is almost here and the kids everywhere are bursting with excitement! Houses are decorated, costumes are planned, and Halloween parties are ready to kick-off! It’s time to plan the Halloween party food and Halloween party drinks. You can’t forget the Halloween drinks for kids!

You’ve come to the right place if you’re looking for Halloween drinks for kids! Here is our very simple Halloween party drink idea – Jack-O’-Lantern Juice! Bubbly, sweet, fun, and simple to make in a hurry. The kids were bursting with excitement, drinking out of their pumpkin-inspired drinks! These are great for play dates, school functions, and they add a nice touch to your Halloween party decor.

Materials for Jack O’ Lantern Juice

A Sharpie Marker, a box of 6 packes of Crush Orange Singles to Go, A water bottle with the label removed, and a roll of black tape.

These Pumpkin Water Bottles are easy and inexpensive. All we needed was water bottles with the labels peeled off, a black marker, orange-colored drink mix singles packets, and I used tape. I would actually recommend a green ribbon with a hole punch through the drink packet but I didn’t have any ribbon on hand. It would definitely be more secure with ribbon especially if transporting the drinks. We enjoyed them at home so the tape worked fine for our needs.

I picked up a case of water at Aldi. Then, I just peeled the labels off. I thought there may be a sticky residue remaining but the label only adhered to one side. I used a Sharpie marker to make the pumpkin face. Then I used black, sparkly tape to stick the orange-drink mix to the bottle. This was so simple and didn’t take long at all.

Tips for Your Halloween Party Drink

Be sure to give yourself a little bit of time to draw the faces since the water bottle surface isn’t perfectly smooth. Don’t go for perfection and just have fun! I can assure you the kids do not care if the pumpkin’s face is perfect. A quick google search of pumpkin faces gave me some good inspiration for simple faces to recreate on the water bottles!

I found the orange drink packets in Walmart. I’m sure other stores will have orange-flavored packets that would work as well. There was an orange-flavored squeeze bottle at Target so if you wanted to just mix up all the pumpkins ahead of time that would be an easy option.

As I mentioned above, if you plan to transport the bottles, I recommend using the green ribbon and hole punch the drink packet. The tape will not hold up well during transport and the ribbon would be way more secure.

I hope this festive Halloween drink idea for kids is a hit! A Halloween party drink should be special and a whole lot of fun. That is what makes this Halloween drink perfect for adding some festive fun to your Halloween party.
