How To Make Pancake Sausage Bites
The first step is to preheat the oven to 350 degrees. In a mixing bowl, prepare your favorite pancake mix according to the directions on the box.

Be sure to spray the muffin pan so the pancake batter doesn’t stick. After all the pancake mix is ready, fill the muffin tin with batter. Cut up each of the sausage links and place several sausage pieces on top of the pancake batter.

Place in the oven and bake for 15-30 minutes or until the tops spring back.
Serve with syrup and enjoy this quick and easy breakfast!
Tips to make the Muffins
- You can make these into mini muffins if you prefer. Just use a mini muffin pan.
- If you want to freeze them place them into a single layer and pop them into the freezer for about an hour. This will flash freeze them so they won’t stick together. Then you can put them into a freezer-safe zip bag making sure to get all the air out. For individual servings, you can wrap them in plastic wrap and store them in a gallon-sized bag. To reheat, pop onto a microwave-safe plate and reheat for 30-45 seconds.
- Have fun experimenting with different flavors! Try chocolate chips or cinnamon sugar with blueberry pancake mix.
